Yes, the same applies for Day Care Expenses. Just make sure to receipt that the person provides to you has their information and:

    1) the date of service
    2) the service provided (child care from date to date)
    3) the amount of the service.

You can still be reimbursed if you pay for the expense out-of-pocket. What you need to do is get an itemized statement from your dentist that includes:
    1) the date of service
    2) the service provided (teeth cleaning, filling, etc)
    3) the amount of the service.

Once you have the itemized statement you can either fill out the claim form from our website (www.24hourflex.com -> Forms & Downloads -> Claim Form) and e-mail, fax, or mail it to us with the itemized statement or you can create a claim online through your account with us (www.24hourflex.com -> Participants -> FSA/HSA Login) and then send in the itemized statement following instructions provided on our site.

Once we have received and processed your claim we will either send you a check in the mail or send you a direct deposit (if you have signed up for that feature). We typically process and initiate payment for your claims within 24 hours from receiving the reimbursement request.
