Can I use my Flex Plan dollars for infertility treatments?
I am in getting acupuncture and herbal treatment (on the advice of my wife's OB/GYN) for male-factor infertility as my wife and I try for our second child. Can I use my FSA to pay for these services? What are the requirements for eligibility?

The acupuncture is a qualifying expense. The herbs are potentially qualifying. For the herbs to qualify you need a doctor to write you a note or letter suggesting that you take the herbs to treat a specific medical condition. Infertility would be a medical condition, so you would just need a note that says that is what you are taking them for.
