You can not pay for toll road fees with the 24HourFlex Card directly but if they are eligible for reimbursement you can pay out-of-pocket and then submit them to us.

Clarification: Toll Road Fees are potentially eligible for reimbursement through a Medical FSA but they are not reimbursable through a Transit account.
