How do I mark and fax a receipt that is longer than a sheet of fax paper with my claim?

Inappropriate?The best way to fax a receipt that is too long is to cut it in half and tape both pieces of the receipt right next to each other on a separate piece of paper. Just make sure the receipt shows a) The Date of Service b) The Service/Product Provided c) The Amount of the product or service.
