Yes, massage is still a covered expense as long as you have a letter of medical necessity from a doctor (link to a sample letter here).
The only change in 2011 is for Over-the-Counter Medicines and Drugs, all the other rules are staying the same.

Massage is potentially qualifying. For massage to qualify you need a letter from a doctor recommending massage to treat a specific medical condition.
