Teeth whitening is generally a cosmetic treatment and is not eligible for reimbursement through your FSA account.

Teeth whitening is not considered an eligible expense. If paid for out of pocket then you would not be able to be reimbursed from your FSA account.
Tooth brush, tooth paste and Floss are considered not eligible for your Flexible spending account. -
