Can I use my Flex Account to pay for my Daughter's orthodontics?
Is Orthodontic care considered to fall under Cosmetic Procedures? If so, are exceptions granted if the braces are needed to straighten teeth that are causing pain and making it difficult to eat?

Orthodontic care is not considered a cosmetic procedure and is covered under a medical Flexible Spending Account Plan. Paying for braces through an FSA is a great way to save at least 30% on the total cost of the service!

Orthodontics will take more than one year for treatment, but payment is usually one time or over a few months. Is that all claimed in the year billed?
